FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything people usually ask before their first class. Can't find yours? WhatsApp is one tap away.
I've never done yoga before. Can I join?
Absolutely — most of my students start as complete beginners. Every session is adapted to your level, and in aerial yoga the hammock actually makes many poses easier, not harder. You'll be guided step by step.
Is aerial yoga safe? What if I fall?
Yes. The hammocks are rigged to hold several hundred kilos, mats are always placed below you, and inversions are only introduced when you're ready — with me spotting you. We progress at your pace, never before.
What should I wear and bring to an aerial class?
Fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms (leggings and a t-shirt with sleeves work well). Avoid zips and jewellery. Just bring water — hammocks and mats are provided.
How do I book a session?
Everything happens on WhatsApp — tap any 'Book on WhatsApp' button on this site, send a message, and I'll reply with available slots and payment details. No forms or apps needed.
How much do classes cost?
Aerial yoga starts at ₹499 per session and online classes at ₹350 per session. Corporate programs and workshops are quoted based on group size and format — message me for details and package pricing.
Do you offer online classes? How do they work?
Yes — live sessions over video call (not recordings), for beginners and intermediate practitioners. You need a mat and a little floor space; I'll guide and correct you in real time. Morning and evening batches available.
I have a health condition / I'm postnatal. Can I still practise?
In most cases yes — I'm a certified Special Population Fitness Coach and regularly work with postnatal recovery and health conditions. Tell me about your situation on WhatsApp and we'll plan a practice that's safe for you.
Where do in-person sessions happen?
I teach across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai — at partner studios, your office (corporate programs), or your home for personal sessions. Workshop venues are announced with each event.
